A restaurant with a long tradition, born in the early 1990s from the idea of three brothers of Marche origin: Angelo at the cooker, Giuseppe and Massimo in the dining room. Since then they have become a point of reference in the Capitoline restaurant scene thanks to their highly personalised cuisine, with frequent citations from Lazio and Italy, in some cases proposed in a more or less orthodox version, in others revisited with flair and a touch of audacity. How can we fail to mention the Troiani's Amatriciana (on the menu since 1996!), or the local lamb... The wine cellar contains some 3,600 labels, with a proverbial wine list featuring several vertical wines dating back as far as the 1990s: now a real rarity for connoisseurs! Thanks to Coravin, some of these gems can also be tasted by the glass.
