Built in the "pagoda" style typical of early-20C railway stations, this museum (1903) has retained its wooden clerestory lantern ceiling which creates a well of light that was most useful prior to the arrival of electricity. Glass cases display a variety of minerals and stuffed animals from the Rockies, together with a series of prints by renowned contemporary naturalist and painter, Robert Bateman.
