Part of the old Jameson distillery has been redeveloped to demonstrate the processes used in whiskey production. Since 2017, the visit sheds light on the history of Jameson, but is mainly geared towards the drink itself: visitors smell, contemplate and taste it. The mysteries surrounding the preparation and maturing of the famous spirit are revealed, following which there is a tasting in the pleasant cocktail bar.
