This museum is in a restored 18C Palace, which has preserved its attractive facade. The rooms are set around the patio and show the history of Jerez and the region. Notice especially the elegant Greek Helmet from the 7C BC, discovered in the River Guadelete. Also see the marble cylindrical idols, objects of great simplicity but particularly expressive dating from the Bronze Age and coming from Cerro de Las Vacas and from Torrecera.
