The Croissant Rifain is the name given to the part of the Mediterranean coastline stretching east of Tetouan. A long strip of sand runs along the sea here, notably at Martil where many people from Tetouan like to go for a little seaside enjoyment. To the north, resorts have been built in nice proportions for about 15km up to M'diq, passing through still untamed Cabo Negro on the way.
