This square is the site of Notre Dame cathedral, which faces the former finance offices, an elegant Renaissance building from 1510. To the left of the esplanade, the Espace Monet-Cathédrale has replaced the former convention centre. Set back from the square, look out for the Renaissance façade of the Odas restaurant and Hôtel Romé, formerly hidden by the old convention centre.
