Founded in the late 15C, this is one of the finest and most lavish monasteries in Seville. Its elegant bell gable sets the tone. Facing a parvis, the church façade is superb, combining Mudejar brick features, Gothic arches and Renaissance sculpted medallions. The museum displays wonderful paintings by Ribera and Pedro de Mena, as well as an Immaculate Conception by Alonso Cano and a magnificent 18C nativity scene.
