From Yungu Temple there are two ways of getting to the Eastern Sea of Clouds: taking the cable car or making the ascent on foot. Halfway along its route, the Yungu cable car offers breathtaking views to the west of vertical cliffs rising above the clouds. By foot, accompanied by the sound of the cable car above, you'll plunge back in time, as you pass a veritable army of porters racing up and down the steps, transporting food and containers of gas or cement.
