At the corner of Rue Grivolas, the house of Roi René was the sovereign's residence when he stayed in Avignon. Further on, four mansions form a remarkable 18C picture: Hôtel d'Honorati (N°10), de Jonquerettes (N°12), the imposing Hôtel Berton de Crillon (N°7) with its façade decorated with medallions, and Hôtel Fortia de Montréal (N°8) whose pediments depict grimacing faces.
