A opinião do Guia Michelin
The legendary beauty of the "king of Scotland's lochs" has often been celebrated in verse and song. Loch Lomond is 37km long, 8km wide and up to 200m deep in places; it flows into the Clyde Estuary. The rugged, mountainous landscape of the northern end of the loch turns into a more pastoral scenery of islands and wooded shores in the south. Most of the loch's 37 islands are privately owned, but a handful can be reached by ferry or on a boat trip.
