Situated in the castle, which is also home to the naval headquarters, the Naval Museum provides information on the history of the shipyard and the golden age of sailing ships in the 18C, with scale models of ships, navigation instruments and maritime-themed paintings. At the foot of the terrace, a pocket submarine S622 and a boat used by refugees can be seen, along with some beautiful figureheads.
