Bodnant Garden (40ha) is built on terraces laid out around the house and features The Dell - an area of shrubbery with woodland walks. The rhododendron, camellia and magnolia here are particularly renowned. The Laburnum Arch is a curved tunnel embellished with golden yellow plants that are best viewed in late May or early June.
