Santa Ana church stands on the square of the same name, where the cobbled paving is adorned with a cross marked out by stones. A small stone archway, also named after Santa Ana and built around 1750, completes the picture. This archway is the only one of the town's old gates still standing today. The gate was once known as the "Market Gate" as this was the entry point for all goods into the town.
