This modern building, inaugurated in 1976, houses the donation of the artist Antun Augustincic. The left room exhibits his "intimist works", essentially a series of sculptures prior to 1930. In the gallery are portraits which show his evolution from a highly detailed to an Expressionist style. The other room is devoted to monumental works, dominated by the Monument to Peace. Finally, the former Franciscan vegetable garden provides the backdrop to the sculpture garden, designed as a "fusion between sculpture and horticulture".
