The gate to France, remains of the old wall, mark the entrance to the old town. Here you will see some elegant 18C buildings, including the Hôtel des Halles, the Town Hall and the hospital that houses a very interesting museum of local history. The town centre contains rich bourgeois houses and pretty fountains from the 16C. Here you will find the church of St Peter and a pleasant botanical garden.
