This former Benedictine abbey dates back to the 10C and after several remodelling's, now offers a striking testimonial to Romanesque, Gothic, Baroque and Modernist influences. The old stones form a delicate contrast to the fertile landscape. Nowadays, Sant Benet is a multipurpose centre with a museum, congress centre, hotel, restaurant and a culinary technological research centre.
