In 1940, the Simserhof waged a heroic battle, but in vain. From the outside, all that can be seen is the ammunition block with its 7t-reinforced door and casemates lying beyond a "Diamant" ditch. The fort is, in fact, located 30m underground. You will explore two sectors: the rear service area and the front-line combat zone, linked by 5km of galleries, including 1,700m of railway track. The fascinating visit takes place aboard a self-drive vehicle and on foot.
