Capilano River Regional Park is popular for its hiking and pretty views over Capilano Canyon. Stop off at the Capilano Lake fish hatchery interpretive centre, where you will learn about salmon life cycles. Then, downstream from the trap, look through the salmon ladder windows and try and observe the creatures, the species of which differ depending on the season.
